Hello each i did not realise until Neil pointed it out that I have turned from Steve into John! My new BT account is using my First name John which i have never used. So I am not trying to 'con' anyone, I really am Steve. Hope that clears up any confusion. John is family name and we are all called it. So in our family shout John and everyone ignores you because we all use second names.
