I think I agree with Tom on his answer, but you should get confirmation if you can get the medal card of Cadet Pilot (Flight Lieutenant) Ross Ambrose Harrison, #74695, He was serving with the RFC 78th Training Squadron, 42nd Wing, when he was killed in an airplane accident at Camp Evermans, Texas, on December 23rd, 1917.
