Many commemorative books and even medals were produced by various publishers, veterans organizations, states and municipalities after WWI. Some states even offered Doughboys bonus payments even though the Federal Government delayed promised bonus payments. I cannot identify the group which printed and gave out the books you mention. Have you tried searching the web for that organization? Have you considered buying one of the books offered by Barnes & Noble used sellers?
