Hello Paul, Its a problem with Ancestry. A number of people have experienced this. I'm able to access the record. My advice would be to keep trying. If it continues to be a problem let me know and I will download them on your behalf. I could zip them and put them on my webspace for you to download from there. Can I just add that I am frequently getting blank pages when using Firefox as my browser, but that the same pages load perfectly well in Internet Explorer. Hello Sue, That's interesting. I've not been getting missing pages but Firefox frequently crashes on these records whilst IE seems ok. Mike Firefox has never handled Ancestry very well - census, BMDs, everything really. Until about a year ago it wasn't possible to access some of the features, like the buttons at the top of the page that let you scroll backwards and forwards through the pages. Then there was some sort of tweaking, and it improved, but now I get quite a few pages that fail to load and just remain white, often followed by the inevitable crash. I tend to use IE all the time now. But I do believe that many of the reported 'missing pages' are the result of browser incompatibility with Ancestry. It would be interesting to know which browsers are being used when images are failing to load. I've been using Firefox for about 4 years now and I've never had any problem accessing Ancestry using it and I've always been able to use the scroll buttons All in all I think it's a far superior browser than IE Diane
