The Order of Battle glossary of abbreviations lists ASP as Air Service, Aircraft Production. There is no acronym ASPC listed. With the exception of a handful of US-built DeHavilland (DH-4s), the US Air Service purchased virtually al its aircraft from Italy, Britain and (mainly) France.
