Greetings to all, I'm presently researching some of my ancestors who served in the British army during WW1. One, who was killed during the war Was Francis Grundy. I've looked him up on CWGC, and am wondering if someone who has the SDITGW would mind looking him up for me. CWGC has the following info: GRUNDY, FRANCIS Rank: Private Regiment/Service: The Loyal North Lancashire Regiment Unit Text: 8th Bn. Date of Death: 10/07/1916 Service No: 18012 Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead Grave/Memorial Reference: Pier and Face 11 A. Memorial: THIEPVAL MEMORIAL. Any additional information would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Barry Murray.
Pray tell, what is the SDITGW?
