Lindsay Soldiers Died in the Great War - first published in 1921 as an 81 volume set it lists 675,000 British soldiers and officers who died in the Great War. Its now available on CD (at a little over £330). You can also do pay per view lookups at a number of sites including findmypast and military-geneology.
