I have given her what she needs to trace back to John Grainger, Sr. We are still filling in the blanks on the descendants of James Norton Grainger, her great grandfather. I descend from John, Sr. thru three of his children: Goldsberry, Elizabeth and John, Jr. Dolphus and James Colon descended from Samuel, son of Goldsberry. I knew James Colon and Little Dolph, as we called him, when we lived in that area in the late 1930's. I was born in Florence and graduated high school there. I talked to Marie several years ago and she furnished me a good bit of info. But, I'm still lacking some of the bits and pieces and I need to update what I have.
