If anyone finds out the name of this book, I for one would love to know. Looking for a Colonel Gordon who was from the British Isles but in Montreal before being sent to the West Indies where he died @ 1796. His widow returned to Montreal where she married Joseph Rousseau, a wealthy merchant.
