Gordon.I have heard the H stood for Henry.All i know about him is he was in the civil war he served with Company A,11th Georgia Calvary.After the war in 1870 he had a son Benjamin Franklin Gordon.I know also that he lived in Commerce,in Jackson County Georgia until his death he is buried at Blacks Creek Baptist Church there.If any one has any information about him or any other children iwould be very thankful.
