Our line of research: Alexander GORDON m Sarah LEE in Fairfield or Chester District, SC Is found in 1800 Chester Co, SC Census and is found of record by 1803 in Robertson Co, TN. Their children - mostly the daughters, stayed in SC. The sons migrated to various places, such as KY, AR, IL, GA, MS, TX and no telling where else! My husband's line is from Robert Boaz GORDON & Millie PITTS (dtr of Joseph & Patsy (BARBEE) PITTS) who married in Robertson Co, TN, moved to Carroll Co, TN, Graves Co, KY then to Conway Co, AR abt 1845.
