Hi Sheila, Would you mind looking up my husband's gggrandmother Mary E. Gordon b:abt 1830 Tn or Al d: 1858 Tn married William Carol Best Dec 18, 1845, Lawrence Co., Tn. They lived in Hardin Co., Tn. He had remarried by the time of the Civil War and died at a prison of war camp at Alton Il. We have been at out wits end tryinng to find her parents. Thank you for any help. Kay Best
