Charles; None of your names are in my family but I don't know when or how Michael Gordon came to America from Scotland, but it's not likely he came alone. He was b 6 Jan 1799. The time period you list means they could have come together. Michael's wife Annie Hawbaker/Habeccer/Habegger was from Lancaster co PA Their fifteen children were (Shudder!) Catherine, Elizabeth, Henry H, Anna, Rebekka, Joseph, Susannah, Mary Martha, Sarah Malinda, John Victor, Daniel Webster, Michael Dallas, Laura Amanda (my gr grandmother), Cunningham, James Calvin. I also have their spouses and of course, my line. Catherine, the oldest child was b 15 May 1821. She m John Teeter 19 Mar 1846 and she died 23 Oct 1905. Most of the children were b in Greencastle, Franklin co PA starting with the 4th child Anna. Before that they were not listed. Earl H.
