    3. Trish, I think I have a hit with you on the Gordon's in Giles County. If so they are definitely part of the Gordons of the Deep South coming from Ruth and John Gordon who moved from VA to Union District, SC fifty years earlier...and then offspring went on west to AL, TN, etc. I would greatly like to make the connection with the Gordons of Greene Co, AL...a connection which I am certain exists, but which I cannot prove. Do you have any more info befoe Thomas Kennedy Gordon...especially forebears. I believe Mont Gordon is quite near Brick Church, Giles County, TN where the connections is more likely to be made...at least with my portion. Does any of this sound familiar.
