    3. Colin, Please tell me more about your family. Were they in the U.S.? The forenames you mentioned are very common in my Gordon family. I am stuck with my g-g-grandfather George Alexander Gordon who was born in 1822 somewhere in Georgia. I'm fine from 1850 to the present. It's his parents that I can't find.
