    3. Hi! Im not certain if I am in the right place, but I've followed every lead I can find. My story is this: My mother is 70 years old and would like to find her family in Belfast, Ireland. This is the information she passed on to me. My great-grandfather, Hugh Gordon, was born in County Down c. 1864-68. He married, but wife's name is unknown. They had several children, Hugh Jr., Jack, James, Elizabeth (my grandmother), Kate, Annie, Maggie and Eva. Elizabeth was born 1998. She was married and divorced to a McCullough, they had one daughter, Lillian, before she came to London, Ont. Canada in 1927 with the Red Cross. There she met and married my grandfather, Robert Cooper in 1928. My mother, Willa Kathleen, was born, Jan. 17, 1929. Kathleen married Gordon Smyth in 1948. They had six children, Sherry, Sharon, Danny, Jackie, Robert and Jean. Hugh Sr., Hugh Jr. and possibly Jack, lived at 100 Northumberland St., Belfast for many years. They all may have worked in the shipyards. Unknown if Hugh Jr. and Jack married. Kate married Thomas Henderson and had one known son, Victor. Thomas was an Member of Parliament for Ulster in 1958. He also ran for Alderman for Churchill Division, Ulster 1952. Annie married Frank Taylor. Children unknown. James married Violet and had two children, son Jimmy and daughter Sheila. Violet, Jimmy and Sheila were in London visiting sometime during the 1930's. Contact was lost in 1959 when Elizabeth died. Any information regarding these people would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Jackie Walpole
