I have been monitoring all of the Gordon info but did not see that it possibly would connect with mine until you mentioned that the Gordon's in the Gordons of the Deep South mentioned that this John Gordon came from VA.Would you please check and see if the book mentions a Hugh Gordon b. 1740 who married a Mary Owens/ I would appreciate an answer.
