Hi All I agree, the historic counties are the most consistent. As far as my research is concerned, West Ham is in Essex, Southwark is in Surrey, and Greenwich is in Kent. Otherwise, as Nikki says, people seem to move, while actually staying in the same place, which is not helpful.
