I placed an order for 5 marriage certificates from the GRO yesterday afternoon to be sent to me as pdf files and so I was very surprised to receive them all by email less than 24 hours later. Although I am disappointed that the cost isn¹t lower, I am pleased with the quality of the scans and the speed of the service. I placed an order for nine and received them within 24 hours - all except one where I had put the wrong year. I received a refund within four hours of the others arriving.
