The news from the London FHC about the availability of microfilms (which had been removed yesterday) has been replaced by an updated notice today http://londonfamilyhistory.org/news-concerning-the-london-familysearch-centre/ Altogether it seems that the facilities are going to be very much reduced for the FHC at Kew for the immediate future.
