    3. I suppose it depends to some extent how old you are, if you were born after 1974, you would not know the old system. If you are consistent, then maybe it's OK, but I think you should record what you find. Which is why I have different set ups for places around the world, So Canada has Details, Town, County, Province, and Country. USA has Detail, Town/City, County, State, Country, and so on. But not all software is that flexible.
