Thanks Debbie My Indian ADSHEADs problem is that he received the kit from the USA without any difficulty It is just that his local Post Office are refusing to post it back to the US. My simple advice is to write "Genealogy Swab" on the envelope and make sure you have the correct postage in stamps on the envelope and post in an ordinary post box, without going through a Post Office or a Courier. I think it is a good idea to put him in touch with FIBIS, who may well have members who have experienced similar barriers.
