Norman Not sure what you wanted to put in the "County / State" part. You entered "West Lothian & Central Scotland. Scarborough". I'm not sure how that fits with any Guild policy, but from a logical perspective it doesn't seem to fit the description "County / State". The display is different problem. As you say, that cuts off at "West Lothian & Central Scotlan" (30 characters). That's because the expectation designed into the system was somewhat less than you have entered. There are similar restrictions on the other fields: Surname (25 char) Country (30 char) Period (20 char) I will check with the Guild committee to see if these restrictions are a policy issue, or just one of the things my predecessor set  (or failed to set) himself.
