Can someone help please. I'm doing some research for a cousin into someone who was born in 1964 in Kensington and the family story is that he was a twin and the other twin died in childbirth. I've found his GRO birth entry but not the twin's. I believe it is mandatory nowadays to register still births but can anyone tell me if it was the same in 1964 ?? Many thanks Brian
