I noticed that Anne Shankland prepared a 12 page report in response to another report. There is much to digest and this review and the original report were quite thoughtful and detailed (I did a quick read through and need to go back and re-read in more detail before I can intelligently comment on the substance). Perhaps we can each step back from any personal ownership on any projects we work on and perceived slights and focus on the work product and the thought behind them to arrive at what is best for the Guild going forward. Constructive criticism is always welcome and it only makes our services, benefits and offerings stronger. Let's discuss substance and continue to move forward.
