I just did a currency conversion calculation, and I think (I could be wrong) that buying the Y-DNA 37 test through GOONS is still very slightly cheaper than the sale price, though of course thats only the 37 marker test, so the other sale prices for other tests look really good.  What I tend to do is offer UK folk a kit I have purchased via GOONS, and to avoid additional postage costs suggest that overseas folk buy during familytreeDNA sales.  I do have one I need to consider an upgrade on though.
