The father's name looks like Hon. Charles ... and the mother's name Lady Sarah is on the next line. Perhaps the indecipherable part is some version of Harward. According to one version of the Peerage, the Hon. Charles Harward Butler married Lady Sarah Butler in October 1812. According to his online history he later assumed added names including Southwell in connection with inheritances.
