Sue, I too have found missing pages, i:e my names are not in sequence. I have sent a query for those pages I consider missing. I await results in the new year. Rod, I had the same problem earlier in the month with about a dozen pages missing. When I queried it I was indeed told there was a 'sequencing problem' with the pages. At that time they resolved my specific problem within a few hours. I guess you might have to wait a little longer!
