has any body used this service yet as as far as I am concerned at £10 a pop, to take up to 10 days to do this electronically is not on. I have ordered 6 wills so far and have just been able to download 2,it tells me that two others are available but cannot download them, there is no way to contact them, the beta site cannot use the feedback button, another govt con!!
