John It sounds like you may be using Google Chrome as your web browser, and accessing GMail directly as web mail within that. In that situation you do not have a 'native' option to that allows you to click on email links such as the feedback button on the Wills web site. That is an issue for your web browser, NOT a shortcoming of the Wills web site. It is however easily remedied by adding a suitable Google Chrome "extension". Instructions for adding those are here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/167997?hl=en There are a number of extensions you could use. One called "Mailto" is a good example, or "Mailto: for GMail".
