John, I've had several wills from the site and I would just caution that it is clearly marked as in 'beta' so I guess one has to make allowances for improvements to come. That said I would agree that I've been given messages to contact support yet there is no link I can find to support. I've sent comment to the feedback link three times. The first, when the site went live, got an immediate response but the second and third no response at all. I too have been told on three occasions that grants and wills are available with separate links to each. In those cases the grant link worked and the will link didn't. Further investigation of what had actually downloaded showed that in one case it was an admon only so the will link was completely superfluous and served only to confuse. In the other two cases the will link was also superfluous but in these cases because the will had actually been included under the grant link as a single document. Very confusing and as you say no apparent direct means to question one's purchase. Perhaps your 'available' items have more than one link included? And only one produces the goods?
