I had premature notice too (as well as the other problems), nearly a fortnight before the will appeared - but I never got a timely notice, so you may need to just keep checking, as I did. I know if is a BETA site but in an explanation it says that it should work properly, I think Beta is meant to mean they intend to improve it, not to fix it. I guess it's more the Government being conned, there may have been a penalty clause if it wasn't launched by a certain date. (Just to make it worse I hoped the will would show who the John was who had married a Jane - they seemed to be childless so I hoped the wider family would be mentioend, but Jane only mentioned her own family, so £10 and a long wait for next-to-nothing!)
