Clive, there are 59 records for "Killick" at Find My Past. Some of them will be duplicated names. ie appearing on the RAF muster rolls and in the service records. Are your "lost" Killicks there? Alternatively did they belong to another regiment and were attached to the RFC in which case the records could still be with the original regiment.
