    3. Hi all My immediate thoughts are 1. the computer is busy doing something else (this could be a background task which is valid or there is software running which should not be!. 2. There is not enough memory so files are being swapped in/out of the hard disk. (For both of the above you can look at the performance monitor to check this.) 3.
