We are currently preparing the 2016 Register of One-Name Studies for publication. Please take the opportunity to check your membership and study details. All amendments requested by 8th June will be processed before the Register is printed out. You can update your membership details (address, phone number, e-mail address) by logging into the Members Room (old) and selecting “Your Membership Details” on the Self-Service tab. Here is the link: one-name.org/cgi-bin/user-maintenance/studypropsfrontpage.cgi When looking at your study details, please review the content of two tabs carefully: “Describing your study” and “Preserving your study”. On the “Describing your study” tab, you will see that you can preview how your study details will appear in both the printed and online register. Please check your study is appropriately described and categorised. If you scroll to the bottom of the “Preserving your study” tab, you will see that you can select what happens to your Study Profile and Archive material when you cease to be a member. The default setting is “delete”. If you wish the Guild to preserve your information please amend this setting.
