Google Blogger comes with its own very basic analytical tool but you can also install third-party analytics such as the full Google Analytics or StatCounter. You can then track the IP addresses of the people who are visiting your site. You can also see the pages that they are landing on. Both tools are free. With StatCounter you have to pay if you want to have access to more than your last 500 logs. Google Analytics has a wealth of reports but is more complicated to use.
