Hi Garry IMHO Lancs does very well - there's the Lancs part of UKBMD http://www.lancashirebmd.org.uk/ there's also Lancs OPC http://www.lan-opc.org.uk/ IIRC some Lancs PRs were put on FMP but were rather incomplete at first. Cumbria & Westmorland not online anywhere to my knowledge.
