    3. Copy the forms on an inkjet printer, but make sure the printer inks are considered permanent and non-fading. Also, if you are wanting to ensure longevity of the paper, you might want to look into getting a better quality acid-free paper for printing. I don't know all the technical details, but I am sure there would be someone to ask about this (Google, for if nowhere else).
