    3. My original Cave FHS contact recommended a book SAVING BLETCHLEY PARK by Sue Black (published 15/10/2015) from which she sent me: Can Twitter Save Bletchley? p237 Other veterans interviewed that day included Joan Farmery who was 23 when she worked at Bletchley. Her work included plotting the waters around Nagasaki in Japan and producing abd looking after a box of cards containing information about Japanese Navy movements gleaned from the code breaking effort. Joan was billeted out at Woburn Abbey and ended up having her morning wash in the room that queen Victoria had stayed in many years before. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alan R Moorhouse via" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, June 13, 2016 9:57 PM Subject: Re: [G] Bletchley Park Roll of Honour > One of the Farmery entries is Joan ELLIS (FARMERY). > > Joan ELLIS married Eric G FARMERY Jun q 1947 Peterboro' RD > > I note that on the individual person page underneath KEEPING UP TO DATE is > the option "Edit or Update This Record". > > Alan > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Brian Horridge via" <[email protected]> > To: "Chris Pitt Lewis" <[email protected]>; <[email protected]> > Sent: Monday, June 13, 2016 3:35 PM > Subject: Re: [G] Bletchley Park Roll of Honour > > >> Chris >> >> I've got one entry also indexed with 2 surnames but she did not marry >> into my ONS till 1971.
