There are 6 mentions of Elias or Eli S or Elia Goddards, in GA. (3 rolls, one Morgan Co. census with 2 Elias' and another census with a younger Elias. The one I think it could be if Isabella was born in GA and in 1835 makes sense, because there is a William Willis with this group, who had a sister named Betsy (remember, "Betsy Willis" from the Bible Clarinda carried?) This Elias is mentioned with a group of people who eventually came back to GA, but as we know our Elias didn't come back, and Mary and her children ended up in Ill. So do you have proof of Isabella being born in GA in 1835???
