Allen Goodrich Sr moved to Galway, NY 1793. Sons Lemuel, Jacob and Allen took part in Rev. War. Lemuel died. Allen and Jacob went to NY. Lots of hints that these persons were related to Charles Goodrich that settled Pittsfield...one of original settlers. But NOT his children. I am a member of the Goodrich Family Ass'n and this is an "orphan" line--but dna proofs direct linkage to the Weithersfield, CT group.
