This is not exactly answering the roll call -- but perhaps it will get some juices flowing -- Our family had a major brick wall linking to Giles Goodrich, b. Jan 10, 1755 in Middletown twp., Middlesex County, CT. I received a family record which may date from around 1855 - I believe it must have been copied from an old family Bible. I know that the Goodrich genealogies that I have looked at dead-end with Giles Goodrich marrying Hannah Stanclift (in the Chase Book). Also, the Stanclift genealogy did not have any descendents from this marriage. Here is what I know about this marriage. I believe that most, if not all, of the family moved from CT to Onondaga County NY between 1800 and 1810 (Manlius and Cicero area) Hannah Stanclift Goodrich died 1830 Children of GILES GOODRICH and HANNAH STANCLIFT were: ELIZUR b Dec. 28, 1778 m. Modena Bassett in CT - that family was in Byron area of Genesee County, NY in 1820, and Modena was still there in 1830. Their son, PHILO GOODRICH, is my GG Grandfather. Luther, b 1775 Giles (Jr) b Jan 12, 1777 -- I did hear from one of his descendants a couple of years ago. I believe he went to Orange County, NY Hannah b May 13, 1783 - died young Erastus b Feb 25, 1787 Carisa b. Mar 7, 1789 Hannah b. May? 5, 1791 The support of the Goodrich group was critical to my getting the proof of my ancestry! Thanks! Maggie Goodrich Hodge
