George was born August 1, 1937 in Kalamazoo, the son of c Clifford and Agnes (ZYWICKI) Goodrich. He had served in the U.S. Air Force from 1955-59. For 20 years he was employed by Fuller (Eaton), and the past 13 years with General Motors and was a member of UAW Local #488. He was an avid auto racing fan. On November 21, 1959 he was united in marriage to Jean A. (KINTNER) Goodrich who survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters and 2 sons, Anita Goodrich, Kathy Goodrich, Joseph Goodrich, Scott Goodrich all of Kalamazoo; 3 grandchildren, Amy, Miranda, Ryan; a brother, Raymond (Linda) Goodrich of Florida; a sister, Barbara Cowley of Kalamazoo. In accordance with Mr. Goodrich's wishes creamation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 Monday at Langeland Family Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 622 s South Burdick Street, Kalamazoo, MI with Rev. Mr. Thomas Harrison of Prairie Baptist c Church officiating. The family will receive friends at the chapel on Monday from 12:00 until service time.
