Everyone, I am so incredibly sorry for this, I am usually more careful abou these things and check the hoax site. I feel like such an idiot! My sincere apologies, I've been having severe back pain and taking pain meds and my mind is not as clear as it should be. I got this from another list for anyone who jumped the gun like I did: can get the file from your Windows CD and do a file search for the file on the CD. Then copy and paste it back on to your computer into the C:\Windows\Command folder. You should not have to reload the software package from the Windows disk.
