Sr. of Dennis Sweet Dr., Lawton, MI Died Sunday, April 13, 1997 at his home following an extended illness. He was born November 12, 1953 in in Watervliet, the son of Robert and Eva (Gaborik) Goodrich, and had lived in Lawton most of his life. He had worked as a machinist at Parker-Hannifin, Otsego, for 20 years. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1971-1974, including a tour in S,E. Asia. On April 11, 1981, he was united in marriage to Mary Jo Grissom, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Chad and Marvin Jr., both of Lawton; his parents, Robert and Eva Goodrich of Gobles; brothers, Robert of Lawton, Christopher and Martin, both of Gobles; sister, Janine Brink of Harford, MI; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Thompson and Hawley Funeral Home, Paw Paw, where Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery, Lawton.
