I have Lovette Goodrich as the first ancestor for the family that was in Dunklin. That is correct but that I didn't link them with the Pruitt family was incorrect. A son of Lovette, Ambert, married Matilda Pruitt. Matilda was a daughter of Clark Pruitt and Cecila Cude. They were the parents of Mary Pruitt first wife of A. M. Watson. On Rootsweb there is a listing for Lovet Goodrich and his wife. They also list his father's name as Richard. I found Pruitts and Goodrich death certificates at Missouri Death index. Ambert is the question of who Alice Johnson was married to. I saw on this forum that Matilda died and Ambert married Alice Johnson. Albert Goodrich death certificate showed a Mary Pruitt as his mother. Still possible that Matilda was correct. I hope this helps.
