There are 6 mentions of Elias or Eli S or Elia Goddards, in GA. (3 rolls, one Morgan Co. census with 2 Elias' and another census with a younger Elias. The one I think it could be if Isabella was born in GA and in 1835 makes sense, because there is a William Willis with this group, who had a sister named Betsy (remember, "Betsy Willis" from the Bible Clarinda carried?) This Elias is mentioned with a group of people who eventually came back to GA, but as we know our Elias didn't come back, and Mary and her children ended up in Ill. So do you have proof of Isabella being born in GA in 1835??? I am actually been researching the entire family line. I found Harriette Richardson (my direct line) was born about 1868 in Dublin, Ireland. She removed and went to England. There she married John George Goodrich, born about March 1868. District: Sheffied, County, South Yorkshire, Yorkshire-West Riding in England. They were married about 1907 in District: Ecclesall Bierlow, County: Derbyshire, Yorkshire-West Riding in England. I can not find anything after that. I do not know if they had children. Her brother, Clement immg. to the U.S. in about 1880, so I do not know if Harriette and John George stayed in England or also came to the U.S. Any information would be most appreciated. I've "rescued" an old photograph of G. D. TAYLOR which was taken at the L. R. Evans Studio in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1870's or 1880's with G. D. TAYLOR likely in his teens at the time it was taken. In addition to his name, someone has also written "Chum of 1878" and "Good Boy too" on the back of the photograph. Based on limited research I believe that I have been able to locate a match: George Draper TAYLOR b. 21 Oct 1859 in Scott, PA to parents Draper Uriah TAYLOR (b. 1 Aug 1831 in Greenfield, PA) and Annie Anetta MCLAUGHLIN (b. 17 Feb 1839). George married three times including, Anna Mary LANG HORTON; Margaret Grace MACBRIDE; and Stella May GOODRICH; and died in 1927.
