So I suppose that makes her my great grandmother. John was Ed Sartin's (my grandfather) brother. They were born in Barry County Missouri so maybe info can be obtained from there. A copy of John's death certificate can be obtained on line. I have been told this Goodnight line is a descendent of Charles Goodnight which is the real life version of the charachater from Lonesome Dove and am trying to establish that fact.
