I am looking for descendants of a GOODNIGHT, I think his name was "Gus", who married Amandy Jane "Jennie" McGAHEY, probably about 1880. Jennie was born in Bond Co. IL, but I do not find a marriage for them in IL. Jennie was born 25 Aug 1859 in Bond Co. IL. I am related to the McGAHEY family. Thank you for any help. Phyllis

I found his name on an old picture, and it is Henry, not Gus. I have pictures of Henry and Jennie (McGahey) Goodnight's children and will share if I can locate descendants.
