    1. [GOOD] GOOD Family Photographs
    2. Shelley Cardiel
    3. I've "rescued" two old photographs or prints belonging to the GOOD Family of Minnesota. The first is a photograph of Edna GOOD which was taken at the Zimmerman Studio in St. Paul, MN when Edna was 7 months old, likely sometime in the 1870's. The second is a print of a photograph of Emanuel GOOD which appears to have been produced in New York with Emanuel appearing to be in his 40's at the time. On the back of this photograph it notes that he is the Father of Sarah GOOD and Harriett GOOD EACHUS. Based on limited research I was able to locate the following information regarding the family: Edna V. GOOD was b. 22 May 1877 in St. Paul, MN to parents Simon L. GOOD (1849- 1930) and Elizabeth GUNTHER (1848-1920) who were married on 24 May 1876 in Ramsey Co., MN. Edna was one of four children born to this couple including, Edna; Roy L.; Gertrude Frances; and Margaret H. GOOD, all born between 1877 and 1888. Edna died 15 Oct 1967 most likely in St. Paul, MN where she lived her entire life it appears. Emanuel GOOD was b. 27 Sept 1827 in Dauphin Co., PA and died 5 Feb 1892 in St. Paul, MN. Harriet "Hatty" or "Hattie" or "Hatte" H. GOOD was b. 9 Jun 1871 in St. Paul, MN to Emanuel GOOD (1826-1892) and Maria Sophia Elisabetha MISZ or MISS (1833-1915). Harriet was one of 11 children born to this couple including, Simon; Sarah S.; Jane; Charles C.; Edde; Ettie; Edward E.; Harriet; Elizabeth; Nellie; and Walter W. GOOD, all born between 1851 and 1881. Harriet married Dr. Howard Townsend EACHUS (1860-1946) on 30 Apr 1890 and they had three children including, Baby EACHUS (1895-1900); Townsend Darlington EACHUS (1897-1979); and Good Hume or Goodhume EACHUS (1899-1983). Harriet died 16 Sept 1963 in St. Paul, MN. I am hoping to locate someone from this GOOD Family so that the photographs can be returned to their care. If you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me. Thanks, Shelley

    1. [GOOD] Re: GUNTHER - GOOD Family Photographs
    2. Is this being misread ? as Geithner Good ... family in England early 1800’s could be confused for Gunther... Harold Geithner (various spellings) Goode 1860-1898 died Australia. But relations from this family went to America. Harold’s parents were Harold Geithner Goode and Margaret Muff Ritchie A relationship that happened in Australia. Harold Geithner Goode parents are John Thomas Goode and Sarah Eliza Sheffield John Thomas marriage certificate both witnesses had the surname Geithner... Child that went to America and married there Albert Conrad GOODE married Marian Cartland GREENWAY. This boy was from John Thomas GOODE 1812 -1882 first marriage to Caroline Abick 1866 -1844 Albert with 2 siblings were naturalized in America all of which had issue. I haven’t worked out the connection... to my John Samuel Good/e 1800-1855 and Ann Collier - Australia – if any! And yes I would be interested in a scan of the pics if possible please... to see if their is resemblance ???? I can be contacted at Jewelly66@yahoo.com This list will be closed soon no doubt as the rest are being closed Cheers Jewelly Australia Sent from Mail for Windows 10 From: TERRY GOOD Sent: Friday, 21 February 2020 4:47 AM To: good@rootsweb.com Cc: 'Shelley Cardiel' Subject: [GOOD] Re: GUNTHER - GOOD Family Photographs Hi, Shelby. 3. Have you ever thought that David F. Good could have been David F. Goode I 've got some Good's that was originally Goode! My line of Goods were in Linglestown, Harrisburg & Paxtang (I think). I haven't seen any "Davids" but I never knew any of the descendents of my Grandfather (Harvey Boyd Good) or his brother (Roger Goid)...well, except my dad! (Kennett F Good). Those towns are just across the river from Camphill....perhaps there's a relationship in there, but I don't have names for my Dad's cousins. ..Marcia Good Sent from my Verizon 4G LTE smartphone -------- Original message -------- From: Jim Goode <goodejim10@hotmail.com> Date: 3/14/18 12:56 PM (GMT-05:00) To: good@rootsweb.com Subject: [GOOD] Re: David F. 3. Here's a link for the obit of David Franklin Good Jr. b. 24 Sep 1955 in Carlisle, PA. He died 08 Nov 2009 Fort White, Columbia, FL. I know he's living in FL in 1995 per U.S. Public Records. It's possible this was the son of the David F. Good you're looking for. His sister, Terry (Everette) Harris is listed in the obit living in Fort White, FL. If you contact David Jr's. sister Terry, or brother-in-law Everette, they should know if he was the son of David Good 1914-1971 from Carlisle you're trying to find. You should be able to find a phone no or address in public records or white pages. https://prod4.meaningfulfunerals.net/fh/obituaries/obituary.cfm?o_id=455546&fh_id=10637 ________________________________ From: Jim Goode <goodejim10@hotmail.com> Sent: Wednesday, March 14, 2018 12:56:28 PM To: good@rootsweb.com Subject: [GOOD] Re: David F.
